These terms cover your use of the Affirmation Reminders app. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Subscription
Affirmation Reminders Premium is an auto-renewing yearly subscription for $39.99 per year (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store). New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it any time in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
What the app is
The app shows affirmations and reminders for encouragement. It is not medical or mental health advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Your use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. The affirmations, design and code belong to us.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
